By accessing and using DailyCyber ("the Platform"), operated by tired.software ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

DailyCyber is an educational platform designed to teach cybersecurity skills through practical challenges. All activities must be conducted within the designated lab environments only. Any attempt to exploit or test security measures outside of designated lab environments is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or test the security of the Platform itself
• Sharing solutions to challenges publicly
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Using automated tools or scripts without explicit permission
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
• Sharing or selling access to lab environments
• Using the Platform to conduct actual cyber attacks

5. Account Termination

tired.software reserves the right to:

• Terminate accounts at any time without prior notice
• Remove any content that violates these terms
• Ban users who engage in prohibited activities
• Modify or revoke access to any feature or service

In cases of serious violations, we may:

• Report incidents to relevant authorities
• Pursue legal action if necessary
• Permanently ban users from the Platform

6. Pro Access

Pro access is available as a one-time payment of £3 for 30 days. We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing with notice
• Revoke Pro access for terms violations
• Change Pro features at any time
• Decline payment from any user

Pro payments:

• Are non-recurring - each purchase is a separate transaction
• Are non-refundable unless required by law
• Grant exactly 30 days of Pro access from purchase time
• Can be made multiple times to extend access

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including challenges, lab environments, and educational materials, is the property of tired.software. Users may not:

• Copy or redistribute Platform content
• Reverse engineer any part of the Platform
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from:

• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Loss of data or account access
• Actions of other users
• Misuse of learned skills

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Lab Environment Usage

Lab environments are provided for educational purposes only. Users must:

• Only use techniques learned within their designated lab environments
• Not attempt to persist access beyond lab session duration
• Not share lab access credentials with others
• Report any vulnerabilities discovered in lab environments
• Not attempt to access or modify other users' lab instances

11. Content Guidelines

When participating in the community, users must:

• Not share explicit solutions to challenges
• Keep comments and discussions professional and constructive
• Not engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior
• Not post malicious code or harmful instructions
• Not promote illegal activities or unethical hacking

12. Legal Compliance

Users agree to:

• Only use skills learned for legal and ethical purposes
• Comply with all applicable cybersecurity laws
• Not use the Platform to prepare for malicious activities
• Accept responsibility for their actions outside the Platform

13. Limitation of Liability

tired.software and DailyCyber:

• Are not responsible for misuse of learned skills
• Do not guarantee continuous platform availability
• Reserve the right to modify or remove features
• May terminate services without prior notice
• Are not liable for data loss or service interruptions
